DVDs

I have a huge collection of dvds. I have collected them since I was in high school. The other night I had some friends over and my brother was pretending to be Superman and he jumped back into the stack. They all came tumbling down. It was a huge mess. I was in our dining room and all I could hear was the noise of them falling. I hated to even look to see what had happened.

Mowed

I mowed my parents yard today for the first time since I graduated from high school which has been about 7 years ago. I forgot how much time it takes and how much work it is. My dad wanted me to bag it and the grass was extra long so it was a good work out. I know for sure that I don't miss doing that.

Cell Phone

My cell phone has been acting up for quite awhile. My warranty goes off this weekend so I thought I better go get it checked out. They updated some software on it but couldn't guarantee that it would be okay. So, I decided to send it in and have it checked out. I have a flip phone now for my loaner and I'm not crazy about it. Well, at least I have a phone to use.

My Birthday

It's my birthday today and I am 25 years old. I can't believe it! Strange to think I am that old already. We have big plans tonight. I am getting together with my brother and his girlfriend and several other friends and we are going to eat out and then go see a movie. I have a buddy that is going to get me into the theater for free and that excites me. Should be a fun night.

Fall

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the cooler air and it's great to put on a hoody and be comfortable. You can actually be outside without being too hot or too cold. I also love the fall colors and that should be coming in a couple of weeks. I look forward to that very much.

Vikings

The Vikings played against the Saints last night. They lost the game but it wasn't a huge loss. I guess I'm pretty happy that they didn't get stomped on. They have a great season ahead of them and I'm confident that they will come out on top.

Cloudy and Windy

With us having a paranormal investigation tonight the weather couldn't be more perfect. It is very cloudy and windy outside so it kind of sets the feeling for ghost hunting. Although we hope the wind dies down because we don't want any noises made by the wind blowing outside. It would be nice if it calmed down by this evening.

Calhoun County Paranormal Investigations

We are getting ready for a big investigation tonight. Our group, CCPI, has 5 members in the team in which we will be investigating an old theater in Cherokee, Iowa. We are so pumped for this because we have heard from others the experiences they have had while being in this place. We have some new equipment that we are excited to try out so I hope this will be a great night!
